Clippers Fall to Spurs
The Los Angeles Clippers fell to the San Antonio Spurs 106-78, their 46th loss of the season. LA was without Zach Randolph and Eric Gordon, and shot only .368 from the field. San Antonio committed only 8 turnovers, and out-rebounded the Clips 52-37. Tony Parker scored 26 points, and Tim Duncan had 18 points and 12 rebounds. All 5 Clippers starters scored in double-figures, but the highest was only 14 points. Al Thornton and Fred Jones both scored 14 points for LA.

Clippers Suffer Deja Vu
The Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Phoenix Suns 142-119, the second straight day the Suns scored 140 points on LA. The Clips were without Zach Randolph, who is serving his two-game suspension after throwing a punch in Tuesday's game. The Suns shot .589 from the field, including 10-for-21 from 3-point range. LA shot .477 and turned the ball over just 8 times. Ricky Davis was ejected in the fourth quarter after taking his 2nd technical foul. Al Thornton scored 33 points, and Eric Gordon had 23. Fred Jones scored 20 points, and Baron Davis had 14 points and 7 assists. Amare Stoudemire had a game-high 42 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix. Steve Nash had 21 points and 12 assists, and Shaquille O'Neal scored 16 points to go with 6 rebounds.

Clips Pull One Out in Knick of Time
The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the New York Knicks 128-124 in overtime, their 13th win of the season. The Clips rallied from a 10 point deficit in the fourth quarter to tie the game after Zach Randolph hit a hook shot at the end of regulation. LA won the OT 18-14. The Clippers shot .515 from the field and took 37 three-point attempts, 15 of which went in. Eric Gordon led LA with 30 points, and Steve Novak had a career-high 23 points, including going 6-for-8 from three-point range. Randolph scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds, and Baron Davis had 13 points with a season-high 20 assists. Al Thornton scored 20 points, and Fred Jones had 14. Nate Robinson led the Knicks with 33 points and 15 assists to go with 9 rebounds. Wilson Chandler added 27 points, David Lee had 17 points and 12 rebounds, and Al Harrington finished with 19 points and 11 rebounds.

Clippers' Reunion Hits Snag
The Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Chicago Bulls 95-75, despite the return of Marcus Camby and Baron Davis. The two came off the bench and had a combined 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. The Bulls snapped a 5-game losing streak by holding LA to just 36% shooting, including 9 points in the entire third quarter. Eric Gordon led the Clips with 19 points and 7 assists, and Al Thornton and Fred Jones were the only other players to score in double-figures, Thornton with 10 and Jones with 11. Luol Deng scored 23 points and had 9 rebounds for Chicago, and rookie Derrick Rose had 21 points and 6 assists.

Clippers Can't Get Past Tough 4th
The Los Angeles Clippers fell to the Portland Trail Blazers 113-88, their 34th loss of the season. The Blazers could not be contained, shooting 58% from field goal range, as well as going 8-for-18 from behind the arc. The Clips were outscored 36-15 in the fourth quarter after going in trailing by 4 points. Brandon Roy continues his dominating performance, scoring 33 points for the Blazers on 11-for-15 shooting. Travis Outlaw followed, adding 20 points to Portland's cause. Al Thornton led LA with 23 points, and Steve Novak scored 21 points, going 5-for-8 from 3-point range. Fred Jones had 19 points and 7 assists.

Clippers Get Crushed by Detroit
The Los Angeles Clippers were defeated by the Detroit Pistons 88-87, their 7th straight loss. The Clips lost on a goaltending call on Al Thornton, whose foul gave Allen Iverson the winning basket. Fred Jones sprained his foot in the opening minutes of the game, becoming the latest victim of the injury bug that is plaguing the Clippers. Eric Gordon played for 44 minutes, scoring a career-high 31 points, and Marcus Camby scored 14 points to go with 20 rebounds. Thornton had 12 points and 6 rebounds. Rodney Stuckey led the Pistons with 24 points, and Tayshaun Prince followed with 20 points and 7 rebounds.

Clippers Feel the Heat in Phoenix
The Los Angeles Clippers were defeated by the Phoenix Suns 106-98, their 6th straight loss. Injuries continue to plague the Clips, with Baron Davis and Mike Taylor sitting out with Zach Randolph, Ricky Davis and Chris Kaman. Jason Hart also sat out in the first quarter with elbow tendinitis. A late Clipper rally came up short after trailing by 20 in the fourth quarter. Marcus Camby continues to sizzle with 19 points and 23 rebounds and Eric Gordon scored 21 points. Al Thornton scored 15 and Fred Jones had 16. Amare Stoudemire scored 23 points to lead the Suns to their third straight victory.
