Kings Get Knocked Out
The Los Angeles Kings fell to the Nashville Predators 3-2 in overtime, severely damaging the Kings' chances at making the postseason. LA has seven games left while they are 8 points out of a playoff spot. The Kings scored a goal in each period, starting with Brian Boyle's goal in the first. Matt Greene scored in the second, and Jack Johnson scored in the third with 1:04 left to tie the game and send it into overtime. Steve Sullivan scored in OT to give Nashville the win.

Kings Slip into Unlucky 13
The Los Angeles Kings fell to the Nashville Predators 4-3, and are in 13th place in the Western Conference. They are six points out of playoff contention. Ryan Jones scored the go-ahead goal for Nashville with 2:18 left in the third period. Steve Sullivan had a goal in the second to put the Predators up 3-2, but Michal Handzus scored in the third to tie the game. Anze Kopitar also had a goal for LA. Erik Ersberg made 26 saves on 30 shots.

Kings Become Prey for Nashville
The Los Angeles Kings were defeated by the Nashville Predators 3-1 to end the Kings' 4-game win streak. LA had 34 shots, but only one went into the net. Michael Handzus scored the Kings' only goal after Kyle Quincey's shot hit off of his right skate.
