Clippers Face Shortcomings

The Los Angeles Clippers were defeated by the Sacramento Kings 92-90, their 22nd loss of the season. The Kings scored just 2 points in the final 4:28, while the Clippers went scoreless during the last 3 minutes. Rookie Eric Gordan scored 24 points to lead the Clips, while Paul Davis made his first start of the season with 18 points. Marcus Camby came up with 15 points and 27 rebounds. Kevin Martin scored 20 points to lead the Kings. The Clippers will be without Zach Randolph for a couple of weeks with a bruised left knee, as well as Ricky Davis who, upon his return from his own injury, must sit out 5 games for a drug violation.
