Ducks Poke Holes in Kings

The Los Angeles Kings were defeated by the Anaheim Ducks 3-1, falling below .500. Two penalties set up 2 of Anaheim's goals. LA took only 18 shots on goalie Jonas Hiller, with just one going into the net. Bobby Ryan, Scott Niedermayer, and Samuel Pahlsson each scored goals for the Ducks. Kyle Quincey scored the Kings' only goal, and Erik Ersberg made an emergency start at goalie when Jonathan Quick came down with flu-like symptoms.
