The Los Angeles Kings fell to the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-1, and are now 7 points out of playoff contention. Sydney Crosby had a goal and assist for Pittsburgh, who took just 26 shots despite getting the victory. Michal Handzus scored LA's only goal in the third period. Evgeni Malkin, Marc-Andre Fleury, and Bill Guerin each added goals for the Penguins. Jonathan Quick made just 22 saves for the Kings.
