Dodgers' Bats Go Silent in Loss

The Los Angeles Dodgers fell to the San Diego Padres 4-2, their first loss of the season. Randy Wolf struggled in his first start, surrendering four runs in less than six innings on six hits and three walks. Manny Ramirez doubled and scored a run, and Russell Martin doubled, scored, and knocked in a run. Matt Kemp had two hits. Ronald Belisario made his first appearance with the Dodgers, pitching a perfect inning of relief. Kevin Kouzmanoff had a triple and scored two runs for the Padres, and Chase Headley had a two-run double.
